  1. A rider may changes classes once only within the year.

  2. When a rider changes, his points from the old class will be halved and carried through to the new class.

  3. The rider class change must be approved by the OBMCC committee.

  4. The OBMCC committee has the right to allocate a rider into a class at the beginning and during the year based on the riders class results.
