Registration You will have to register for this race. If you turn up on Sunday without registering, you may not be able to race or will not be scored. Registration is by email to Race Entry and closes on the Monday before the race at 6pm. All I need is your OBMCC Riding Number, Class and Name (Transponder Number, if you have your own transponder). If you register and do not turn up on Sunday without notifying me of your withdrawal (before the cut off Date) from the race, you will still be charged the full Race Entry fee and will not be allowed to race in any further OBMCC events until you have paid.
Numbers Make sure your numbers are correct and clearly visible, so that your points are allocated correctly, it's your responsibility and I will NOT be checking them on the results for you.
Entries Entries are limited to 20 riders per class for all Grass Track Only.
Juniors Please note all Juniors must be aged between 11 and 16 years for all events. J125 - 125cc 2 Stroke / 250cc 4 Stroke 13-16yrs J85 - 85cc 2 Stroke or 100cc 4 Stroke 11-15yrs
Helpers Helpers for this weekend will be required to help setup on Saturday from 10am and to help sweep and score on Sunday from 8am. Please phone the Event Director above to offer your assistance. If you are new to the sport or feel a bit intimidated, why not come along and help out. It will be a great introductory to the sport and you will get to know some of the club members at the same time.
Membership Catering There will be catering in the form of BBQ sausage and steak sandwiches and some drinks.
One Day Licence - Seniors Only on Saturday You can get a One Day Licence for $50. If you wish to do this please make sure you register with the event director for a one day licence (this is to make sure we reserve a one day licence for you). You will need to download the theory test from MA, complete it and bring it with you on Saturday. If you have an old MA licence or a RTA licence, bring it with you or else you will also have to do a practical riding test, so bring your bike. If you do not comply with these rules, you will not be issued with a One Day Licence.
